It's about 10pm on Sunday evening; your mom told me you fell asleep around 8:30pm, and I got out of work and home by about 9:30. Game 2 of the NBA Finals are on right now, the Golden State Warriors are about to take a second win in the series to be up 2-0 in a best of 7 series. Steph Curry just set an NBA record for 3 point shots in a Finals game, hitting 9 of 17! The game started at 8, so since I've been home I have been watching the 2nd half of it.
We had a pretty nice morning together; your mom usually works the morning on Sunday, and I work at night, and we have a bit of a gap between our shifts so we meet up at my store so that I can drop you off with her.
I'm a bit sleepy tonight, so I'm going to go to bed now so I can get up with you early. Goodnight Pete!
